    constants are now OWNET_* and not OWPHP_*
    read($path,$parse_value=true)   (parse_value is to parse as an php 
value (bool,double,string)
    get now return false or true for boolean values and not integer(0 or 1)
    OWNet($host='',$timeout=5,$use_swig_dir=true) 
     setUseSwigDir
    getUseSwigDir
       use the same style of OW swig version for php when reading dirs 
string "dir,dir,dir" and not array(string"dir",string"dir",string"dir")
