PHP module should be included in php env variable "PATH", when someone want use require "ownet.php" it could be loaded without problems, i don't know (i only use absolute paths) where php put its file but i think that /usr/bin/php or something else (PECL or PEAR path) could run wait some minutes and i will tell you with sure
