Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/lib/perl/5.8/IO/Socket/INET.pm line 63.
and reads fail until you read or write something besides a sensor value.
Writing to simultaneous/temperature works well. :)
However:
my $owserver=OWNet->new("localhost:4304 -F");
works just fine. I just spent a long time hunting this down. Hopefully
this will save someone else the hassle.
