Wow. Very nice and quite ambitious.

There are several ways to participate:
1. Send a patch if you want this to be an occasional or very separate
project.
2. Ask for developer's status and submit your code to the CVS directly.

In either case, we should plan to including some information in the OWFS
website under bus masters, and think of a suitable command line argument.

Tell us more about your device. Is it microprocessor-based? Is it
commercially available or is the design open? Does it support all 1-wire
devices? Does it have special functions?

Hi folks -

I'm working on a new Ethernet-to-1-wire master device called
EtherWeather. It's designed to be simple and easy to interface with
over TCP, and also support self-initiated communication with a remote
master server over the Internet. There's no web site yet, although I
hope to have that up and running soon.

To get things started, I'm writing a patch for OWFS that allows
EtherWeather to be used as a remote master by owlib. How should I go
about contributing that patch back to the main OWFS source?

Thanks,

- Jacob
