This might have to do something with __USE_UNIX98, which does not seem to be
defined while compiling owfs, but needs to be for pthread_rwlock_t.
Unfortunately I have no Idea how to define this in a correct way.
Adding a "#define __USE_UNIX98" before including pthread.h just gives me a lot
of errors.
Can I somehow add this to autoconf?
