Well, is should work, though I'd probably use
owfs -s 4304 -m owfs_data --allow_other

  unmount owfs-data
>   owserver  -d /dev/ttyS0 -p 4304
>   owfs 4304 -m owfs-data --allow_other
>   owhttpd -s 4304 -p 3000
>


But let's be systematic:

Just start owserver with full debugging:

owserver -d /dev/ttyS0 -p 4304 --foreground --error_level=9


That should give us information on why it is closing. Possible a permissions
issue.
