Two years ago I bought a 1-Wire USB Adaptor for monitoring temperature etc in my house. It wouldn't cooperate with me so I let it rest. Since then I have every now and then tried to get it to work without success. One problem was that I didn't know anymore what I had tired and what I had left in my system so I couldn't ask for help.
Now I have made a clean install of Fedora 10 with fuse. I would be very pleased if somebody had the time and energy for walking through the process of installing and configuring Owfs for me. I hope I will be able to write an how-I-did-it as a help for others in my situation.
