I'm still running the packages 2.7p21 version of owfs because I've been unable to build from CVS. The problem here seems to be with libtool -- perhaps I don't have a new enough version? Dunno...
Anyway, w.r.t. 2.7p21, I just got a hub from Hobby Boards, and owfs doesn't seem to like it very much. I've powered it, and the power LED is illuminated. I can see the DS2409 devices on the bus, but I can't see anything connected to any of their main or aux ports. Running 'owget' or 'owdir' on /1F.94E603000000/main or /1F.94E603000000/aux often results in a hang. Actually, now that it's *not* hanging at the moment, I seem to see many (all?) of the devices from the master bus showing up in /1F.94E603000000/main... Is there something I'm obviously doing wrong? Something funny/unique about the HB hub? Any advice?
