Hi folks!

Thank you for supporting fantastic OWFS project!

My concern is about _using_ DS1923 Hygrochron Temperature/Humidity Logger
iButton with 8KB Data-Log Memory, so may be I miss the mailing-list in this
post.

My issue is the same as in this thread:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=4A72D676.7050107%40zoff.at&forum_name=owfs-developers
with the only difference that in my case release is owfs-2.7p28. The latest CVS
trunk doesn't cure the problem too. I'v constantly got "cat: humidity: Invalid
argument
" error (also for temperature or anything else should be readable).

Looking in the source thee, I see that ow_1923.c is as twice as short in size
as ow_1921.c. Bearing in mind that both iButton are very similar, it looks like
the support for ow_1923.c might be fullfilled using the stuff from ow_1923.c.
Right?

If not, what elese? May I who is a newbie of the 1-wire protocol details and
owfs design, try to contribute in such development? Or olmighty Paul Alfille
could implement functionality equivalent to the ds1921 + humidity and w\o
password protection by moving his fingers over the ow_1923.c himself?

Thank you.

Alexander
