If it can be done cheaply, then yes.  Otherwise (personally) I'd
happier with the functionality split between cheaper modules.

Though, incredibly pleased that I just managed to take advantage of
the very generous BAE0910 board offer! :)

Looks like the DS2490 is also being phased out, with only RS232 and
I2C bridges remaining in production, so definitely a worthwhile
project.
