New release 2.7p33
Among many minor changes, the most important are:
1. fix for the swig-dependent routines: owperl owphp and pwpython
there was a problem with reading data because the buffer size was
allocated properly.
2. Some changes suggested for OSX compilation. Needs testing and
further fixes, I suspect.
3. DS2413 changes to make changing PIO states uncached correct.
Reading a PIO now returns what was previously called the latch
state -- the set state, rather than the voltage at the pin. use sensed
for the pin logic level.
4. uncached readings for temperature weren't being updated, until now.
