However tell me: the Maxim PIO status register give 2 bits per PIO : PIO pin state and Latch state (at least for the DS2413) owfs give 3 informations per PIO: PIO latch and sensed So one is built by owfs software, no? Also if I write to only one PIO (echo 1 > PIO.B) does owfs use a mask to build the PIO byte, from where come the other bits of the mask (sensed, latch, pio)?
