Did we ever work out the logic of XML tagging for our devices? It
seems that the group at the company (Dallas Semiconductor) did indeed
pursue it, but only as far as supporting things connected to the TINI
device.

That is the only release on the site for XML tagging of One Wire
devices on Source Forge indicates.

I was however able to create one based on the example given in the PDF
provided by the company for such things.

This is for trying out different DS2406 combinations as perceived by
the One Wire viewers running on an XP platform.

The platform by the way is a Dell Optiplex GX170L running Windows XP
SP3, a system I brought back three weeks earlier (Tuesday September
7).

I want to wait before the system becomes a Linux platform so as to see
what the status is for different methods of creating these tags.
