Hello! Did we ever work out the logic of XML tagging for our devices? It seems that the group at the company (Dallas Semiconductor) did indeed pursue it, but only as far as supporting things connected to the TINI device.
That is the only release on the site for XML tagging of One Wire devices on Source Forge indicates. I was however able to create one based on the example given in the PDF provided by the company for such things. This is for trying out different DS2406 combinations as perceived by the One Wire viewers running on an XP platform. The platform by the way is a Dell Optiplex GX170L running Windows XP SP3, a system I brought back three weeks earlier (Tuesday September 7). I want to wait before the system becomes a Linux platform so as to see what the status is for different methods of creating these tags. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drw...@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev _______________________________________________ Owfs-developers mailing list Owfs-developers@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/owfs-developers
