Hi Paul et al. First of all, great work on this project.
I updated to 2.8p7 a few days ago and the aliases that are loaded up when starting owfs were no longer applied to the top level directory; the alias entry within a device directory did contain the name however, which isn't useful in our case, but does show that the alias file was parsed. Bug, or did something change that needs to be done for them to be applied at the top level? This did still work in 2.8p6. The other thing, as reported elsewhere, is that simulataneous/temperature no longer works. It reads as 0, and writing 1 gives a write error. In case it's relevant, there are eleven powered 18b20's on the network with a LinkUSB 1.4 driver. 2.8p4 appears to be the last good version. hth.
