Though late, my hurray! I also did some Debian-packaging now and then (based on Matthias Urlichs works mainly, which I think I already posted here now&then) but I'd really love to have someone from the "inner circle-Debian-Guru" to get owfs upstream into Debian some day. It'd safe regular users much time and hassles IMHO. And me and you probably also.. My repository, in case it helps, (made for a special platform, based on lenny, owfs-packing there contains dirty hacks but is 1:1 owfs, although I'm pretty back in versions as I had many troubles post 2.7p34 and post 2.8p1 with the stability of the DS9490 - our only/main busmaster) http://repo.wiregate.de/wiregate/pool/main/ > At the beginning, packages where a little rough, but we decided to give > back what the owfs community gave us, and to help this project by > publicly releasing these packages. Same for me here.. I guess we'd just need someone to push this "up" if there's anything within my scope I could do, I'd be happy to do so.. regards Michael
