Hello!
Same here. PHP is an evolving product. We'd need to know what release
the hosting entity is using versus what style our site is written in.

Then we'd need to know what web server is being used to serve these
pages. It's probably Apache on an example of Linux or a BSD
derivative. (A polite way of saying that the actual server is running
FreeBSD, or NetBSD or worse OpenBSD.)
