Hi, since nobody have yet to create a FreeBSD ports package for owfs, I took some time do that, don't like to run stuff from my homedir.. ;) If anyone cares to take a look at it, I'd appreciate. I haven't submitted it to the FreeBSD team yet, it doesn't really feel that stable in regards to dependency handling and what not. It doesn't really support building the language extensions either, or at least not install it.. If anyone needs that, feel free to hack. ;) I ran into a few problems, the libtoolize-stuff was borred from the mailing list. I also had some trouble with the man Makefile target 'install-so-man', doesn't really get what it does, and the 'tac' command does not exists. So I disabled that for now.. The port is based on 2.8p13, with patches for https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3434616&group_id=85502&atid=576393 and https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3436902&group_id=85502&atid=576393 attached. The port is attached as a .shar, go to /usr/ports/comms and execute it, then you should be able to cd owfs && make. Any input is appreciated! Johan |
