Hi Guys,

i have a netgear router (WNDR3700v2 running OpenWRT Backfire
10.03.1-RC6) with a LinkUSB Konverter...

running owhttp (--LINK=/dev/USB0) gives the usual pages, reading
temperature values from connected DS1820 works fine ...

i can also see the DS2406 values, but i cant change the PIO
settings ?!?!

setting PIO.A to 1 and submitting the web page leads to a page where
PIO.A is turned off again ... and nothing changes on the pin's state -
it is always open ...

OpenWRT is using owfs 2.8p4-2 - the same version works on the laptop
just fine ...

can anybody here imagine what can be the reason for this ?!?!

i suspect that its the usb power the router provides ... but plugging in
a 2.5" external HDD also works just fine ... and should definitely need
more power than the LinkUSB ...

i have debug logs from both sessions setting the PIO.A on the PC and on
the router here:

        http://priesch.priv.at/~pr/owhttpd.out
        http://priesch.priv.at/~pr/owhttpd_wrt.out

... but i cant figure out the difference ...

any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

regards,
marcus.
