i installed owfs 2.7p38-1 on my unslung nslu2. (unslung 6.8)
i also installed temploggerd for monitoring 8 tempsensors.
I did a full upgrade by ipkg update and ipkg upgrade
The 1-wire interface is usb based on ds2490 , all the counters and ds18s20
are connected directly to this interface (no sub networks)
I tried to read 2 DS2423 counters (so 2 times A and B) with a script on a
5min cronjob.
First I tried owread and then the fusemounted (cat
/tmp/1wire/sensor_name/counters.A) 4 times after each other, with some mysql
stuff between them.
This both works for some time, but both methods crash te owserver after a
random time. (sometimes 1min, sometimes 5min, or other)
The webpage is still active, but it lost the whole 1-wire bus
The fuses are also empty
when it is crashed i cannot use kill-owfs (error: fusermount: failed to
unmount /tmp/1wire: Invalid argument), and lsmod | grep fuse shows fuse
active.
fusermount -u /tmp/1wire does not work either.
after this i can restart the owfs server by run-owfs
I tried downgrading owfs to 2.7p32-2 but it seems to be the same problem
Can anyone help me to get this problem solved?
