I have an LCD I put together based on the hobbyboard design, and I cant for
the life of me figure out what the LCD_H/onoff wants to see.

Sets several screen display functions. The selected choices should be added
together.
1. Display on
2. Cursor on
3. Cursor blinking
Does this mean writing a 1 will turn the display on and a 0 will turn off?
Does turning the display on with a blinking cursor mean writing a 4?
I just don't get it, because nothing seems to work.
I have the other LCD_H properties working as I expect (clear, home, message,
screen, screenyc) but I'm stuck on the LCD_H/onoff.
