I am pretty sure that in the past when I started owserver (or any other ow service) in a terminal it would hold the terminal, and if I ran it with --error_level=9 I would get loads of output at the terminal. Now when I run it the terminal returns to the prompt, and therefore I get no messages. I am running Ubuntu 11.04 with owfs 2.8p13-2natty installed from repository.
Do I need to do something different to get the messages?
