Ok the compilation is over.
There was a little problem with make install
It seems that ed (some file editor) is not installed so I had to install
it also.
So tu sum up the packages needed to be installed on Fedora Raspi Remix

gcc
fuse
fuse-devel
libusb-devel
make
perl-devel
ed

I just run owserver --fake=DS18B20 -p 3333 and I can read it with owread.
However mounting with owfs does not work. It says
/opt/owfs/bin/owfs -s 3333 /mnt/owfs/
fuse: device not found, try 'modprobe fuse' first

It seems it's because of the emulator uses a precompiled kernel 3.0.9.
It's provided by the author of the tutorial I mentioned in the first post.
So I hope it will work well on an actual Raspberry Pi.

I'm not sure how those systems work and why can't Qemu use the kernel from
Fedora image.

If someone wants to give it a try here's a tutorial howto build a kernel
for Qemu.
http://www.cnx-software.com/2011/10/18/raspberry-pi-emulator-in-ubuntu-with-qemu/
Maybe just compiling newer kernel 3.1.9 (instead of 3.0.9) with those
instructions is enough to use the modules form Fedora image
