Hello! I see that there is an entry for using the USB dongle for making use of the resources of OWFS via Cygwin. Which is a good thing, if I had a working dongle, mine died under mysterious circumstances some time ago.
But what about via a serial port? I've gotten OWFS on Linux to talk to an adapter plugged into a serial port (physical) that way, and I've gotten the Dallas stuff to talk to an adapter plugged into an FTDI based USB gizmo. I have not tried to get things to work via Cygwin as it worked on Linux, but using that adapter. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drw...@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How fast is your code? 3 out of 4 devs don\\\'t know how their code performs in production.
