Congratulations on your accomplishment creating a 1-wire slave. My
translated version of your page suggests that it is an Atamel-based
microprocessor emulating a DS18X20 chip. Adding support for a fully
emulated existing chip would be trivial.
As for using owfs for you new chip, if you are creating the slave only for
your own use, you can modify owfs however you wish (it's open source) and
even ask for assistance.
If you want support to be part of owfs, then it has to be relevant to more
users. In general I like to add support for any commercial project, and any
project that is easily available or buildable (descriptions, code,
schematics) that fit's in with the 1-wire system. (i.e. open-source
hardware).
