I'm new to 1-wire systems, so I'm not sure whether my question is
related to 1-wire hardware or to the owfs software.
I've bought some waterproof DS18B20 temperature probes, and to test them
I dumped one into ice water. To begin with the temperature looked fine,
hovering around 0.5, but then the reading suddenly shot up to 85. owhttp
is right now (after some of the ice has melted) showing the following:
*temperature* 2.125
*temperature10* 85
*temperature11* 85
*temperature12* 2.125
*temperature9* 85
Temperature12 is probably correct, but why are the other readings
showing 85?
