After reading everything, btw I am a electroic an circuit noob, I think
the best bet is the DS2480B.
I don´t want to hassle later on with missing Sensors etc. after Ordering
the first 100 Controllers.

According to Maxim DS2480B is the masterest master ;-) It has the
strongest pull-up.

However on Raspberry Pi forums was a report that DS2482-100 works fine
with 100m utp even without additional transistor.
