Hello! It has one. Two in fact. There is a weak pullup inside the chip, (take a look at the documentation still on file at the website for Maxim.) And the switch chip has embedded resistance inside it that migrates towards VCC when the switch has its settings changed. That embedded resistance is caused by the MOSFETs used in making the product. Ideally further analysis and support suggests that there should be one of 100 ohms to 1M presents, but then again I'll need to work on it.
