Hi, I buy and sell 1wire components. in 2011 I found some DS2890 via a component broker. I got a couple of hundred "DS2890" in dil8 package. I did not waste time on analysing the components... Since I returned them they might have found other ways to the open marked. I would be surprised if it's really a 1wire chip. I've got some DS2890 in TO92 capsule left, don't know if it's ok to post the url here thou?
