Don't use a pair for 1W and GND, as the tight coupling adds a lot of
capacity to the bus, and capacity is limiting the cable length in onewire.
If you cannot avoid this particular cable, use one pair for 1W and
another one for GND.
No ethernet allowed in the same mantle!

No. Maybe for this type of cable, but definately not for some simple
telephone wires.
