Hi all,
I've recently run into issues with control code on the Raspberry Pi 2 that
worked flawlessly on the Raspberry Pi B and B+ for some time. It is quite
sporadically entering a shutdown state (indicated by red light on and
unresponsive), in a matter of tens of minutes or several hours, depending
on activity.
After disabling and then enabling pieces of code for boot and run-time, I
have found that:
1. Without owfs running, systems are stable
2. When owfs is run at boot, system crashes after many hours
3. Nothing interesting is found in dmesg or syslog, but it is clear from
the ow_daemon message complaining that no 1Wire networks are available,
that it is the last operation run
4. The output below was caught on an open console prior to a crash.
The question is: are there any known compatibility issues with 2.9p5 and
ARMv7? I have stayed with a known good version, but now that it's known not
good, I'll gladly upgrade if it fixes. If not, I may just compile in debug
and see what I see.
