Please update to the 3.1p0 packages available before you do any more
testing, as the debug output was turned off in all debian packages
before that one.

After that, start owserver with the --debug switch and send the log.


Double-listed devices can occur when the electrical quality of the bus
is poor, as the search mechanism depends on single non-CRCed bits to be
send and received correctly. It's the most fragile part of the whole
system. Please check your cabling and power supply.
