Hi Peter, Currently BigOWLIM doesn't maintain additional datatype-specific indices. We recognize how useful such an optimization would be and we have it on our TODO list for some time now (at least numeric datatype indexing).
Do you have a use case at hand that requires faster handling of data based on some particular datatype?
