[cc owlim-discussion] Hello Xu Pu, Yes, OWLIM can load some very large datasets, but it needs to be set up correctly. The configuration for "GettingStarted" uses only 180MB cache and a 512MB Java heap size. The easiest way to set up a new configuration is to use the owlim-se-configurator.xls spreadsheet included in the distribution zip file. As input it will be helpful to know the free memory available on your machine, as well as a few details about your dataset, e.g. an approximate number of statements or even number of resources. There are instructions for using it on the first sheet. Subsequent sheets will present a new 'ttl' file to use and the last sheet will give you the heap size (-Xmx???) parameter that you can use to update the example.bat/sh script. I hope this helps.
