Yes, the plus sign should be at least some bigger, I assume I'm limited
to 16²px, is that even true..?

ps: I just thought about how awesome it would be if my SVG editor app
for ownCloud supported collaborative editing - we could now both work on
the same icon together, maybe even on different ownClouds :D
