Just copy the files over your current ownCloud installation. The data and
config folders will remain untouched and you should be able to immediately use
ownCloud 4.
There can be a catch: on update everything in the /files/ subfolder
besides webdav.php will be deleted (its located somewhere else now).
This may fail when the permission for the web user are not sufficient,
then you need to delete them manually.
