Hello, What you suggested seems to work! I also found where the problem is. The URL provided in Settings -> Personal is not correct:
https://[my domain]/owncloud/remote.php/caldav/ This is different from what you suggested in your email: http://[my domain]/owncloud/remote.php/caldav/principals/[my user]/ Perhaps someone should correct the typo?
