Hi all,

Owncloud being a opensource project i also would say: "Try to use opensource software for development". If there is real need for it i than there would be off cource a possibility to use other software (i have not seen the need, maybe there easier to setup but that would be all i can think of right now). Placing a link to it on the project page is a other matter.

I would think of Netbeans and Eclipse. Both opensource and cross platform. They both not always that easy to setup but they do there job quite well if u have them setup.

I am not a committer or developer but it could be use full for me to run a developers setup to help debug stuff. I would be unable to do so when i need to pay a license for it. Something i most likely won't. (Off course i could still do it with a other IDE but than everyone could).

Just my 2 cents :)

Keep up the good work! Great project!
