Is it possible that you didn't add your CA certificate to your default SSL trusted certificates? (e.g. using a custom location for the CA). You can for example try with openssl s_client.

«The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found
The root CA certificate is not trusted for this purpose
