I'm preparing the official fedora/rhel package for owncloud[1]. Maybe you can use it as a template. Note that we are trying quite hard to strip out the bundled dependencies. Do you have some special issues with owncloud on fedora/rhel? [1] https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=858841
