Please look for an option to view email in plain text e.g thunderbird
menu > view > view source
There you should find a link to activate your account.
Background:
Bug genie emails are sent in bad html format. I filed bug and proved
wrong behavior with some clients.
Bug was closed, emails are still bad formatted.
