Hi Martin,
I just read
https://dragotin.wordpress.com/2012/10/11/csync-for-owncloud-client-1-1-0-a-new-sync-engine/
and it is impressive to see the development in terms of server load
compared to version 1.0.x
I like OwnCloud and It's sync client :-)
Thanks :-)
The killa-feature(TM) would now be a mechanism where the filesystem
tells the client about a change (if I observed this correct on my Debian
box, this is already working, correct) and the other way around. When
there is a change on the server, this is "pushed" to the client (this is
working for e-mail, does it also with owncloud?)
It could and at one point of time we will add it as an option. It has to
be an option because in larger installations with a lot of clients
connecting to the server its not applicable to keep open connections.
But yes, needed feature.
Thanks,
Klaas
