My issue is simple. I've moved some folders on my linux server to a users data folder (owncloud/data/user/files). The folders are indeed there on the file system but they aren't shown on owncloud web interface. I've tried creating a new file through the web app in that folder so the missing folders would be shown...but didn't work. Any ideas?
