i`ve already filled an issue here:

So basically I´m getting an Internal Server Error 500 when uploading a
larger file (say > 50MB)
I´m using the latest owncloud 4.5.5 with php 5.4 and httpd-2.2.3-65 on
CentOS.
What I´ve already tried:
1. Updated PHP to 5.4
2. Error occures in any Sync program as well when mapping a
(ownloud)webdav folder in Windows 7. Not seeing any error in apache log
file what could explain this issue.
3. I´ve installed the webdav extension and created a webdav folder with
basic auth directly through apache. When mapping this folder everything
is fine and i can upload any file
