[Owncloud] MDB2 Database Schema migrations fail with primary keys

Please dont change any primary keys in your schema or else the schema 
migration will break, see https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/999

cc bartv: is it possible to use the migrations.php for this to correctly 
migrate the schema?
