@Raghu and Jan: Notice that in a GSoC project it needs to be clear from the beginning what the goals are.
Let me be more clear: you can't say: we will do a lot of design improvements and make owncloud looks nicer. It needs to be something coherent and whose success can be judged objectively at the end of the summer. I am not implying anything, I am just giving advice on how to make the proposal looks better. Feel free to ask if it's not clear what my point is.
