8.4 is the database version (inside the version file)
This version does not reflect the "real version" of the app (We cant
release news app version 9.0 as first stable version, can we xD?)
Frank, can we use the version in the info.xml exclusively for the update
stuff and totally ignore the version file except for db upgrades?
