We have observed a behaviour where we think that the sync-client is only
able to detect that a folder has been removed and a new folder is
created causing it to upload the contents again. If that upload
operation does not finish soon enough other sync-clients may run into an
unclean state as they see both the old and the new folder.
There is a branch of csync [1] which supports that, but it is not
integrated into the ownCloud csync/mirall yet (and it also needs a patch
applied to the PHP part [2]).
