It's kind of a self-note, so if anyone needs explaination just ask me. This message is an announcement for the community. Discussions on this feature are welcomed. As of the timeline, I'm only working on this in my free time, I and my organization are hoping (but not mandatory) to complete this feature before September. Thanks!
