I am a Chinese person, I have windows server 2008 R2 installed owncloud 5.0.8 By Apache2.4 + php5.4 + MySQL5.6, but installed, I found that the files can not be uploaded Chinese name, the new Chinese name upload files inside the folder can not be successful. how can we solve this issues?
