I think, i found the problem...

i decided to use the cron-job for the cron.php, but i put it in the
/etc/cron.d/owncloud.

I set the user to the oc-User, but it took the global php-version
instead of the php-version set for the oc-web.
So, there was another tmp-folder set.

All is good now ;)
